With his equipment-filled minivan dubbed The Traveling Parkour Gym, Coach Seth Rubin is bringing parkour to the next generation in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, Florida.
What is Parkour?
Parkour is a form of movement where practitioners navigate over, under, through or around physical obstacles using only the abilities of their bodies.
Parkour takes on many forms such as A-B speed courses, single movement challenges and freerunning (acrobatic movement).
